Travel Protection Terms & Conditions
Travel Protection is available for online reservation or by request by phone at the time of booking only. We provide a 100% reimbursement of your booking total minus our Travel Protection fee if an eligible event should occur 24 hours, 2 days, or up to 14 days prior to your arrival date or during your stay that prevents you from attending or completing your booking. The eligible date range before your arrival date varies depending on the reimbursement request and evidence is required for your reimbursement. These Travel Protection Terms and Conditions are not an insurance policy. You may purchase an upgrade to our standard policies to include the following defined terms and conditions as outlined below:

Pets are Welcome - Provided the Following:
We have a STRICT PET LEASH POLICY. Dogs must be leashed and in control by an ADULT at all times.
- We do have a Dog Park where pets can be off leash, located in the parking lot across from the Rec Hall.
- Pick up after your pet anywhere in the park. Do Not leave waste bags anywhere in the campground or at your site. Fees will apply.
- Dogs should not cause a disturbance, barking should be under control.
- Pets should be non-aggressive around people and other animals.
- Have vaccination record on hand in case of incident.
- $15 per pet in any Cabin.
- No Pet can be left unattended outside anywhere in the campground.
We reserve the right to substitute sites of equal hook-ups.
On occasion, we need to move a reservation to a different site for unavoidable reasons.
If we need to, we will choose a site with the same amenities and we'll let you know in advance.

Sites
- Sewer hook-ups are required to be sealed. Please bring a sewer ring or purchase one at our camp store.
- Do not walk through other sites or between sites; it can damage our infrastructure and forest.
- Park on your reserved site or in the main parking area. Please do not park in an open site; Fees will apply. See office for approved parking areas.
- Dispose of all trash in the dumpsters by the store. Do not leave trash at the site or on the grounds. If it can't fit in the Dumpster, It Can't be disposed of here. Fees will apply.
- No dumping of grey water or dishwater on the ground, please use the dump station located near the main bathhouse.
- Fees will be charged if sites are not left the way you found it. Inform us of any damage as soon as possible.

ATV's, Bicycles, Golf Carts - No Dirt Bikes Permitted
ATVs
- ATV's are permitted from Memorial Day Weekend - Last Full Weekend of September
- Visit the Dixon Miller Trail System website for all information
- ATV's or other off road vehicles are NOT allowed to be driven throughout the campground unless riding from your campsite directly to or from the trail, at 5mph
- ATV's must be registered and insured in accordance with PA state laws.
- $10 charge per ATV per stay
- No Dirt Bikes permitted in the campground or on the trail system
- Children under 12 must wear helmets, PA state law.
- Please park bikes at the bike rack. Do not ride through either side of the main gate
- Bikes can use the side pathway, yield to people walking.
- No bike riding after dark, unless the bike is lit.
- Golf Carts must be registered and insured in accordance with PA state laws
- No Riding after Dark, Golf Carts with headlights are the exception
- No one without a driver's license can drive a Golf Cart
- Golf Carts must obey 5mph speed limit

I acknowledge that these risks may result from or be compounded by the actions, omissions, or negligence of PWC employees or others. I understand and agree that PWC cannot be held liable for any injury while on the campground or during my participation in any campground activity or any activity I engage in while camping. I acknowledge that I am voluntarily accessing the campground and participating in camping related activity with knowledge of the risks involved.
I hereby expressly waive and release any claims, now known or hereafter known, against PWC and its officers, owners, employees and affiliates (PWC collectively) arising out of or attributable to my being on the campground and/or participating in camping related activity. I agree to release forever, PWC collectively, from any liability due to accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, floods or any unforeseen act including camping and any camping activity I engage in. I agree to hold harmless PWC collectively against any and all losses, damages, liabilities, judgements, costs and fees.
PWC reserves the right to interpret these Camping Terms as individual situations and needs arise. Please keep in mind that any failure to comply with these rules may incur fines or removal from the campground with no refunds. The person signing should be the person who's name the reservation is under and that person is responsible to ensure everyone in their party is aware of and complies with these Camping Terms.
By providing your phone number to PWC, you agree that we may send you text messages. Message frequency and data rates may apply. You may receive texts regarding activities or notices during your stay while in the campground. Reply STOP to opt - out of future messaging or HELP for more information. PWC shall have the right to refuse or deny accommodations, facilities or privileges of a campsite to any person(s) who is unwilling or unable to pay for the accommodations and services, is disorderly, or deemed a danger to themselves or others while in the campground. As we are a recreational facility, PWC has the right to refuse or deny accommodations to persons without a permanent address. PWC shall not be liable in a civil action or for a fine or penalty based on the refusal or denial.
