We do not have Spotted Lantern Fly in the area. We are in a Quarantined Area for the pest. Please do not bring in wood from outside Monroe County. Firewood is available in the store. dontmovefirewood.org
We reserve the right to substitute sites of equal hook-ups. On occasion, we need to move a reservation to a different site for unavoidable reasons. If we need to, we will choose a site with the same amenities and we'll let you know in advance. Thanks for your understanding.
Sites
Sewer hook-ups are required to be sealed. Please bring a sewer ring or purchase one at our camp store.
Do not walk through other sites. Do not walk between sites; it can damage our infrastructure and forest.
Park on your reserved site or in the main parking area. Please do not park in an open site; Fees will apply.
See office for approved parking areas.
Dispose of all trash in the dumpsters by the store. Do not leave trash at the site or on the grounds. Fees will apply.
No dumping of grey/black water, dishwater, or food waste on the ground
Please use the dump station located near the main bathhouse or dumpsters by the entrance.
Fees will be charged if sites are not left the way you found it. Inform us of any damage as soon as possible.
General
During your stay please display registration pass in front windshield.
Speed Limit is 5 MPH for any motorized vehicle.
No firearms, weapons, or fireworks of any kind are allowed in the campground.
No Smoking in any buildings or pavilions, PA state law. Dispose of butts in designated areas.
Alcohol must be enjoyed responsibly and be kept at your site. No one under 21 is allowed to drink in PA.
Drunkenness will notbe tolerated.
Parents or guardians are responsible for children at all times. Children under 15 years old should not be unattended.
You must be 21 or older to reserve a site.
Quiet Time
From 11pm to 8am
Please plan to arrive prior to 9pm or Check In the next day so as to not disturb other campers.
No noise should be heard from sites during this time.
Outside of this time noise should not be disturbing to others.
Payment is due in full at the time of making a reservation. Payments for Groups may be made by individuals.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 1 week of check in date will receive a full credit or refund less 20% per site. Cancellation made within 1 week of check in date will receive a full credit useable within one year.
No Refunds for early departure, inclement weather, no shows, or removal from grounds.
Day Visitors and Overnight Guests
Day Visitors allowed between 9 am - 9 pm
You must inform Camp Store of any visitor prior to their arrival
Visitors must register in the office and obtain a car pass, you can pre-register your visitors
$5 per person for a day visitor over the age of 7
Fee returned if departure is within one hour
$10 per Overnight guests
Guests are the responsibility of the Registered camper and must follow all rules and guidelines.
Pets are Welcome - provided the following:
We have a STRICT PET LEASH POLICY. Dogs must be leashed at all times and handled by an adult.
We do have a Dog Park where pets can be off leash with an adult present
Located in the parking lot across from the Rec Hall.
Pick up after your pet anywhere in the park.
Do Not leave waste bags anywhere in the campground or at you site. Fees will apply.
Dogs should not cause a disturbance, barking should be under control.
Pets should be non-aggressive around strangers and other animals.
Owner must have vaccination record on hand in case of incident.
$10 per pet/per night in any Cabin.
No animal should be left unattended outside anywhere in the campground.
ATV's, Bicycles, Golf Carts - No Dirt Bikes Permitted

ATV's are permitted from Memorial Day Weekend - Last Full Weekend of September
Any problems or concerns while in the campground, please contact the office 24/7 for any urgent matters or disturbances. The facilities of Peaceful Woodlands Family Campground (PWC) are privately owned lands and available for the convenience of our registered guests for recreational use only. All persons using these facilities do so at their own risk and are expected to follow these campground policies. By reserving a campsite you agree to hold harmless PWC, its management, and staff from any responsibility due to accidents, injuries, or loss of property by fire, theft, wind, floods, or any unforeseen act. PWC reserves the right to interpret these rules and policies as individual situations and needs arise. Please keep in mind that any failure to comply with these rules may incur fines or removal from the campground with no refunds. The person whose name the reservation is under is responsible to ensure everyone in their party is aware of and complies with these policies.
PWC shall have the right to refuse or deny accommodations, facilities, or privileges of a campsite to any person(s) who are unwilling or unable to pay for the accommodations and services, disorderly, or deemed a danger to themselves or others while in the campground. As we are a recreational facility, PWC has the right to refuse or deny accommodations to persons without a permanent address. PWC shall not be liable in a civil action or for a fine or penalty based on the refusal or denial.
